All that I knew was curiousity-taught, the hard way, through a cocktail of trial and error, dumpsters, text files, countless hours on the net, and experimenting. called CERT, who (probably trying not to laugh) kindly advised to reinstall the OS using the recovery disc lol! That was when my journey into cybersecurity and tech I'd say truly began. on grandmas computer(!) while connected to Dalnet! doh! INSTANT lesson in trojan abatement / OffSec: Disconnect the 56k when I saw the mouse moving, and things being.weird. □□□ It was the year cDc released BO2k (not B2k, that's a pop band!), and at 16 I stood in the crowd with my big bro, and caught a copy!
